Improving Library Digital Services (ILDS) 2017-18

As you may know, on June 22, 2017, the Ministry announced a $3 million investment through the ILDS fund that will support up to 307 libraries and library organizations across the province.

The ILDS fund will improve digital resources and services in provincially funded public and First Nation public libraries to better connect people to web-based information and opportunities. To meet local needs, the program may support Wi-Fi hot spot lending programs, hardware and software resources, and technology-focused training opportunities.
